A ESSAY ON MERITS AND DEMIRITS OF ONLINE CLASS

MERITS AND DEMERITS OF ONLINE CLASS

MERITS AND DEMERITS OF ONLINE CLASS

As a result of the pandemic lockdown that has been enacted all throughout the world. Everything is shut off during the lockdown. For the sake of safety, all schools and universities are closed. It's my first time staying at a house for an extended period of time. I was first overjoyed because I didn't have to go to school, but after a few days, my online classes began, and I now attend them on a daily basis, and my studies are progressing nicely. Online classrooms are similar to live classes in that all students ask questions and the teacher responds in the same way that traditional classes do. Online lessons are fantastic because they allow us to study as we did previously without having to worry about our safety. We thoroughly like our classes and appreciate our professors' and staff's efforts in putting them together.

Over the previous three years, internet service prices have fallen by 50% on average, and broadband internet services are now available at substantially faster speeds. This bodes well for online learning. Children are able to pick up new information and adjust quickly. Implementing e-learning may not be a significant challenge if you have the right help.

These online classes also offer an extra activity session where we get to interact with people who have diverse abilities and who inspire and drive us all. We frequently play online games such as GK quizzes, trick maths puzzles, and other amusing and fascinating activities. Not only are academics virtualized, but so are a variety of extracurricular activities such as exercise, music, motivational speaking, author presentations, and any other potential activity. This is a platform that allows people to engage even if they are far apart and allows for flexible communication. A large number of people from all around the state, country, and even the world can participate in these online platforms, either as hosts or as participants.

In comparison to traditional classes, these online classes are also shorter in duration. it gives me more time to work on the other skills I'm interested in.

However, there are certain drawbacks, such as when a large group of individuals attends a meeting, there may be a few connection issues in one of their homes, which impacts the entire conference. When everyone in the meeting has to perform anything jointly, such as singing, the noises are difficult to discern and everyone's voice is not clearly heard.

Furthermore, the teacher finds it difficult to teach new lessons because it is difficult to understand what they are saying. This type of teaching and learning has both pros and cons, but they are extremely important in these times of lockdown since they are simple and beneficial forms of virtual communication. Because online programs are in high demand, they should be viewed as a compliment and a good option to learn during the pandemic. Traditional classroom studies, on the other hand, have always been and will continue to be the ideal style of learning for kids who want to progress not only mentally but also socially. However, at this moment, students should concentrate on online studies and devise tactics to excel in their academics despite all odds and challenges.
